Alpha 4 giving you a lot of design and gameplay changes!

- Web is now active and You can use websites like ORDERS.NET , BANK.NET, TIME.NET, SUPERSHOP.NET

- Monetary and Time system has been added!
- Now deliver takes time: Actually 60 minutes
